Marie Riolo Roach is Tango Indy's primary instructor.  Marie has an extensive dance background and has studied Argentine Tango for over six years with some of the best-known instructors in both the United States and Buenos Aires including Oscar Casas, Susana Miller, Maria Plazaola, Alicia Pons and Cacho Dante.  She has also worked extensively with Robert Hauk from Portland, Oregon, and Oscar Casas of Toronto & Buenos Aires.

Many have been impressed at just how quickly Marie "caught on" to Argentine Tango.  After having danced tango for only 6 months, she was selected to dance an exhibition with Cacho Dante during his U.S. tour.  She teaches both the lead and follow effectively in her enthusiastic, energetic and upbeat manner.
